We are looking for a self-motivated Accountant that wants to be part of a professional team here in Cluj-Napoca.
- Check and register in accounting the invoices from suppliers and the invoices issued to the clients.
- Contracts, notifications, addendum to contracts – for suppliers.
- Check and register the payments to: suppliers, employees, collaborators.
- Registering the salaries for the employees with the vacation days, medical leaves.
- Check the travel orders of the employees and register them into the accounting costs of the company with the employees travels to the client.
- Communicating the open/occupied positions in the company to the City Agency for Employment.
- Filling the labour agreements, the addendum.
- Registering the new labour agreements and other modifications on the accounting application and Revisal.
- Fluent German
