Accountant with German

We are looking for a self-motivated Accountant that wants to be part of a professional team here in Cluj-Napoca.

Responsibilities:

  • Check and register in accounting the invoices from suppliers and the invoices issued to the clients.
  • Contracts, notifications, addendum to contracts – for suppliers.
  • Check and register the payments to: suppliers, employees, collaborators.
  • Registering the salaries for the employees with the vacation days, medical leaves.
  • Check the travel orders of the employees and register them into the accounting  costs of the company with the employees travels to the client.
  • Communicating the open/occupied positions in the company to the City Agency for Employment.
  • Filling the labour agreements, the addendum.
  • Registering the new labour agreements and other modifications on the accounting application and Revisal.

Foreign Languages:

  • Fluent German
